Return and Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt and must be in original condition and packaging. All items are returnable unless they show any signs of usage.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@reisei.in with your order number and the reason for the return.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving your returned item and will be issued to the original method of payment. Gift wrap costs will not be refunded. 

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items that are defective or damaged. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt.

Shipping Costs for Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item has a manufacturing defect or an incorrect product has been shipped. In such cases alone, we will bear the return shipping costs.
